Common questions

Is UniPlanner really a one-time purchase?

Yes. You pay once and own it. There's no subscription. A free 30-day trial lets you try the full app first. The Individual plan covers one person; the Family plan covers everyone in your household, and Individual owners can upgrade to Family for the difference.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open UniPlanner, go to the purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I share UniPlanner with my family?

With the Family plan, open your household screen and tap Invite someone, then send the link by text or AirDrop. Anyone who joins gets full access while they're in your household. Each person needs to be signed into iCloud with iCloud turned on for UniPlanner.

Why haven't my family's changes shown up yet?

Changes sync through iCloud and usually appear within seconds to a few minutes. Low Power Mode, turning off Background App Refresh, or no internet connection can delay updates until you open the app. Make sure everyone is signed into iCloud and has iCloud turned on for UniPlanner in Settings.

Why can't my device read photos automatically?

Automatic photo reading uses Apple's on-device intelligence, which needs a newer iPhone or iPad with Apple Intelligence turned on. On other devices, UniPlanner still reads the text in your photo and helps you place it with a few quick taps. The app shows exactly what your device supports before you buy.

Can I use an old iPad as a wall calendar?

Yes. Install the free UniPlanner companion app on the iPad and pair it from your household screen. Newer iPads can also add events and check off list items; the oldest supported models are view-only.

Does BCDM, LLC see my information?

No. Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud account. See the privacy policy for details.
